Akin to the décor, lunch is basic with corned beef on rye and “The Raven” which is turkey breast with bacon, tomato and melted cheddar cheese on French bread. Named after strenuous hill that challenges bikers, “The Beast” is hot roast beef with raw onions and melted Swiss cheese with horseradish and mayonnaise on garlic bread is the signature dish of the deli. Early risers stop by Turtle’s Deli for hot cinnamon buns and espresso. Turtle's Deli features Bagels. It is open for lunch.

Casual and simply decorated, Turtle’s Deli provides place for its customers to seat themselves at the tiny spot at the entrance of downtown Frederiksted.
