Caribbean food rules here from the freshly caught seafood to the jerk chicken dishes to the vegetarian grub. The core menu doesn't change but there are daily specials that should be checked out, well, daily. Pavillion Restaurant is a very casual restaurant. It serves dinner.

Ambiance

The Pavilion Restaurant is a bit of a drive off the path but worth it thanks to the food and great views of the Maho Bay campground area. It's an open air restaurant, so that means casual, relaxed and fun. The fresh air and sunsets will work up a great appetite.
