When you find a wonderful restaurant, you remember your meal for all times. Such will be the case after sampling the food at Harvey's. Goat stew and tender vegetables are only some of the delicacies on the menu (and the blackboard boasts daily specials.) One note, though - you'll have to bring cash to eat at this modestly-priced kitchen; credit cards aren't accepted. Harvey's serves Caribbean cuisine. It is open for lunch.

Ambiance

With only 14 tables and a kitschy feel, Harvey's might be the last place you'd expect to find fine cuisine. But like the beautiful pearl hidden within the hard, barnacle-covered shell, Harvey's is much more than a shack. Owner Sarah Harvey, though by no means a decorator, is an excellent proprietress and will treat you like royalty when you dine at her restaurant.

Location
