Dining at the Tamarind Reef Hotel

The Virgin Islands are home to some delicious dishes, many of which are specific to either the British or the U.S. side. Tamarind Reef Resort is host to two separately owned and operated restaurants, one causal and one fine dining.

The casual Deep End Bar and Restaurant is poolside and adjacent to the beach offering drinks and a wide variety of food from breakfast through dinner. The fine dining Galleon Restaurant overlooks Green Cay Marina and provides exceptional culinary dinners and Sunday brunch in air conditioned comfort. Reservations are recommended at the Galleon and room service is available during limited hours.

The Deep End Bar & Restaurant is a great location to enjoy a cold beverage and tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner. Tamarind Reef Hotel's are casual in a breezy open-air environment overlooking Tamarind's fabulous pool and beach.

##The Galleon##

The Galleon Restaurant is one of the top "fine dining" establishments on St. Croix. It is an excellent venue to enjoy a candlelit dinner in air conditioned comfort while overlooking the twinkling lights of Green Cay Marina. An extensive wine selection and a charming piano bar add to a memorable dining experience. Catering - on and off site - is also available upon request.

There are 2 bars at the resort where you can enjoy the company of others and a satisfying beverage or two.

The Tamarind Hotel is located near several city attractions, including a diverse selection of restaurants.
